The shuttle departs at 7:45, 8:45 and 9:45am.
We can pick you up in the afternoon between 3:30 and 5:00pm.
Courtesy Loaner Vehicles
We have courtesy loaner vehicles available for eligible repairs on your vehicle (please contact your service consultant for eligibility)
Loaner vehicles require driver to be at least 21 years of age, a valid Texas drivers license, current proof of insurance and valid credit card
No smoking or pets are allowed in loaner vehicles. Vehicles must always be returned with a full tank of fuel.
Vehicles must remain within a 150 mile radius of West Houston Volkswagen and not driven out of state. Only one eligible driver is allowed to operate vehicle, and will be responsible for all damages incurred.
Loaner vehicles must be returned within 12 hours notification of vehicle completion. Failure to return vehicle in a prompt manner will result in a $45.00 per day late charge.
Rental Option
Loaner vehicles can be rented for a $45.00 per day charge. All rules above apply to daily rental vehicles.
