I can't say enough good things about West Houston Volkswagen. We have leased our last 2 VWs from them, the first we got in Midtown and the service there just did not come close to the service we receive at West Houston. Most recently we had our car in for it 20K mile maintenance. Karla helped schedule the appointment and then helped accommodate a last minute reschedule due to my sick child. Even after getting me in at a later time the same day, I didn't have to wait more than the hour and 15 minutes Karla had specified for the completion of my service. Besides, with the great coffee bar and WiFi I didn't even realize I had been waiting at all! My wife and I will continue to get our VWs at West Houston and have the service performed there as well. Thanks again!

Reggie was of great help! I went in for an oil change and to have the a\c checked out, ended up the a\c system was u\s and needed to be changed. I had forgotten i had extended warranty, reggie took care of everything, called the warranty company, had the car thoroughly checked out and had the system replaced. Every step of the way he kept me informed and was specific as to when the car was going to be ready. I've been to some VW dealers while in San Antonio, West Houston still out performs them. Imagine that your 2003 car is good one day and the next day it's not; Imagine you've now been told that the engine must be replaced and it's not really worth getting fixed; Imagine now you know you can't afford a new car and have to seek within the "used car" arena for your next car and everything you look at is a "TAKE AS IS" high mileage situation and your on a budget, and you'll have to deal with a "PUSHY CAR SALESMEN" to get it. I basically went to every dealership up to Barker Cypress and back toward City Center with my situation. I was on a STRICT budget from the down payment to the monthly payments or I was gone!!!!! Karla Cruz was extremely helpful when i called in to bring in my car. I went to another Volkswagen dealership to see if they can take a look at my car and they were not helpful at all and said they couldn't even take a look at my care until later that evening or the following day. They wouldn't even have a loaner car available for me! Considering that it was during the week and I have to work that was not convenient at all! So I called West Houston and spoke with Karla, she was AWESOME! She helped me right away, told me to come in, and they would even have a loaner available for me! I brought my car in and immediatly Karla helped me, we took a look at problem, and they fixed it within 5 minutes! AMAZING! I can't believe the other dealership could not do that! I will only take my EOS to Nikki in the service department at West Houston VW! She knows who I am when I call, she knows my car and get me in and out quickly. I don't really like having to fill up my car with gas or get the oil changed so taking my car in for service I used to put it off knowing what a hassle it was. But, Nikki makes it so quick and easy it's almost like dropping of clothes at the cleaners! In and out with a new VW loaner car. Thanks Nikki!

Both Reggie Walker and Chris Asselin offer EXCEPTIONAL service. I remember driving up to the dealership (without an appt) and having Chris receive me with a "customer first" attitude and spending the time until my problem was solved. Ever since then, I have brought my car back and have had Chris and Reggie provide the same high level of service. I usually won’t take the time to fill out one of these ratings but this one instance that merits recognizing these guys!

Easiest and quickest car buying experience I've ever had. I showed up around 7 pm on a Thursday evening just to check the Jetta out knowing they closed at 8 pm. Mike Bradshaw allowed me to test drive the base model in both manual and automatic. After discussing my trade-in Mike was able to get me into an SE manual at a monthly payment I was ok with. Mike and the finance guys stayed until almost 9 pm (an hour after closing) to wrap my deal up so that I was able to take the car home that night.

It's amazing how my family and I went in West Houston VW dealership looking for a Jetta Sportwagon and got out buying a 2012 Tiguan. Minh was more than just a sales representative. He answered every possible question we had. He helped us realize what we really needed as a small family. Our buying experience become a personal one. You would expect a sales representative to just sell you a car, but at West Houston VW, Minh made sure he gave us all the information we needed to make an informative decision. Avoid the service department. The service consultants are rude, unprofessional and always too busy to explain what services they have done on your call. They never call you when service done. I've been there for oil change and was very unhappy with the fact that they didn't take the time to explain inspection results that suggested immediate attention!!! My 2006 Jetta has been having some electrical issues and they have failed to fix the problem despite my frequent visits. Avoid them if you can.

I have had my VW Phaeton serviced with West Houston VW for the last few years and they do a fantastic job. Chris Asselin, Assitant Service Manager, gets me in when I need to get work done and makes sure I have transportation, Sam Lucia,VW Technican, does outstanding work on the car and will take time to discuss the work with you. I feel like he takes as good a care for my car as he does his own. Chris has been very helpful getting coverage for repairs from my extended warranty. When a light on my panel came on in my 07 Beetle conv, I looked up reviews on the internet to see who had the best rating in town. I came up with West Houston VW, (which, btw, is not the closest VW dealer to my house). I called and spoke to a gentleman named Reggie, and came in the next day. He was very nice, and took great lengths to make me feel at home there, (I usually hate car dealerships!). I won't take my car to any other mechanic besides this dealership. Some of the ratings I have read crack me up, (really....when you by a car "as is," it is just that...."AS IS!" Next time, get the extended warranty, as I did.....then you won’t have to play the victim! How long would you have wanted them to fix problems? Is it up to you to determine? No!). My mechanic was great, (wish I could remember his name). He came out and answered all the questions I had, (even the silly ones.). Thanks West Houston VW, I will see you again. P.S. Let me know when that owner of the 1969 bug in the showroom is ready to sell! ;)

The service is TERRIBLE!!! I purchased a used car from them in late April. The "Check Engine Light" came on in less than two days. When I asked if they would check the code they told me "Tough luck, you bought it as is". They obviously didn't inspect the car before they sold it to me. The repairs cost me over $500.00!! Now I've been waiting six weeks to get the plates. Most dealers hand carry the paperwork to get plates within two weeks. Sorry service!!!

He is the "All American Service Advisor," cordial, clean-cut and knowledgeable, the formula that will take him into ever-increasing positions of responsibility in the auto service industry. I brought in my car because the battery was bad. I did not have an appointment but my car was wisked away and then Chris came to me in the lobby and told me that we should go ahead and get a recall item corrected and do the scheduled oil change. Everything was done to perfection and I was on my way in about 90 minutes. Good standard for no appointment. Thanks Chris!

I had a flat tire and I called roadside help, I was towed to your shop and did not have an appointment. She had me in a loaner car and out the door in less then 30mins!!! She called at least twice to let me know the process of the work being done and the findings. She always provides great service and I would not buy or have my car serviced at any other location but westside !!!

They were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I purchased a new vehicle, as I was in an accident that totaled my first car. This was the most exceptional car buying experience I have ever had. I have already told everyone I know to go to West Houston Volkswagen to have the most pleasant car buying experience possible. I am a single woman and terrified at the thought of purchasing a car. I immediately felt comfortable with David and the staff and it is rare to find that in a dealership. I also was given the sales manager, Steve's cell phone number to ask a question about Bluetooth and blackberry compatibility the week following my purchase and he was very kind. I love my new car and actually look forward to my first 10000 mile visit.

I have a 2009 Beetle Convertible. I have used WHV for maintenance from day one. Always friendly, always informative but my last visit was the best. I was told the 60k checkup would take 2 hours and I elected to wait in their pleasant waiting room, and I was pleasantly surprised to have my car in 1 hour and a half.. They put me first because they knew I was waiting. Reg had my car up on the lift before I had my first cup of coffee. Oh and a side note, I have NEVER seen a cleaner shop.. ever. You could eat off the floor. Seriously! Oh and one more thing... When I took my car in for its 30K, Chris told me how much the 40k was going to be so there was no surprise when I brought it in.. Consistantly good job and good people

Had an excellent experience at West Houston VW, our salesman David Bowers, was very professional and friendly. What can I say the price they quoted was the price I paid, no hidden charges. I got a great lease on a 2011 VW Jetta. Great car, Great staff, Great Deal. I would strongly recommend that you go and talk to them. They made what we thought would be a difficult experience very simple. We had just moved from the UK, and they didn't rip us off because we had no credit history. The Dealership manager was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience, they will get my business again.

They fixed my ride! I purchased a 2011 CC from West Houston VW in August of 2010. Sadly someone broke into my car last week and smashed a window out. In my time of panic, I placed a call to West Houston to see if they could replace my window. Chris is the service department was amazing. He was considerate, kind and called me back to answer my questions faster then it took the HPD to call me! I took my car into the dealership fully expecting to have to rent a car from another location. Before I asked Chris inquired if I needed a loaner, which I did and they even gave me another CC to use over the weekend. I can't say enough how happy and please we are with the service, workmanship and overall care we received. My fiance and I are looking to purchase or lease another car in August and we will be heading right here to make that happen! We currently have a leased BMW and their service and care cannot even compair to West Houston's! If you need help and great service, go no further then West Houston VW!!! Thank you guys-

Everyone was super nice and treated me as a person and actually listened to what I had to say. Mike was great and very honest - which is a huge plus for me! Wonderful personalty, best salesman ever!! Jeff in finance is amazing; I think it took me only 30 minutes (if that long) to sign everything! Very fast and efficient! Oh, and I LOVE the car!! I had after market work done as well and the loaner transaction was just a smooth. I personally won't go anywhere else again to buy a car.... I'm sold! I do have to mention my two previous cars were by Infiniti and they pride theirselves on customer service. I purchased and serviced my VW at this dealer and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Staff is very friendly and the waiting lounge is comfortable. In a case where the brakes on my van started acting up at 6K they were very quick and hassle free to address the issue. In comparison to other VW dealers in Houston (I did have few accessories installed somewhere else) this dealer stands out in terms of service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I went there for a timing belt change. The service staff was excellent and even provided me with a free loaner car when I was expectiong to stay there all day. When I was looking at the new cars the sales was probably the best at a car dealer I have ever seen. They weren't pushy or over agressive and seemed to be there just when I had questions. I highly recomend this place.
