I purchased a used VW Atlas from a different dealership but within two weeks I had to bring it in for service and chose here. I have never had such a favorable experience getting my vehicle serviced. My service rep John was attentive and detailed. Then the treatment and speed when picking up my vehicle was the best I’ve ever been given. As this is my first VW vehicle I’m very encouraged by this encounter.

The sales representative Mr. Andrew was very helpful and gave all the information and he is really very helpful and very honest seller. We bought 2 cars on the same day. Also the General Manager Mr. FAHMEED was very helpful and I thank him very much.

I have come to this dealership a few times in the past, but I wanted to talk about my last visit to the service department. Alyssa was absolutely fantastic from greeting me to getting me set up, and giving me an actual realistic time frame for the repair. For what I think is the first time ever the time estimation was correct. Will be coming back to see her for all my future repair and maintenance needs. 10/10 would recommend!

The Atlas arrived today and it is exactly as Russ represented and my wife and I could not be happier. What a great buying experience I had with my son at West Houston Volkswagen. Marco Perez and his team are a great bunch. I see why Marco has been salesperson of the year so many times.
