West Houston Volkswagen were very accommodating and transparent in their pricing. We worked with The amazing Stacy Alimasi! She was thorough and listened to what we needed. We did not feel pressured into purchasing a higher priced vehicle. We went through finance very quickly. The finance manage explained every step of the process, allowed us to actually read the contract and ask questions before we signed. It was a seamless process and we will be purchasing our daughter's vehicle from them soon! Highly recommended!

The salesperson was very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained the process, and expediently got us through the entire process. There were minor hiccups such as missing a light bulb and a car radio that needed tweaking. This was handled easily with integrity and professionally.
