Happy with service here but recent experience prompted this review. I brought my Atlas in for an oil change and a lady with her 4 kids was in the waiting area. The kids were misbehaving badly: running into the offices near waiting area, running all over the sales floor barefoot, and screaming. The mom was on her phone basically ignoring them. No less than 4 service advisors saw the chaos and did nothing about it. They should have been escorted out because they were acting like animals and could have hurt themselves & others. West Houston VW, do better, please.

Great experience. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and found out during inspection the battery was also bad. It was replaced under warranty. Very good experience as usual
The service I received was phenomenal. I called earlier and they told me it was ok to just walk in. Within 90 minutes my maintenance service was complete and I was able to wait in the shop sipping some coffee and working using their WiFi
