Daniel was excellent, helped me right away with my car and informed me every step of the way.
Had my car towed to the dealership to have it diagnosed as it would not turn over. It turned out to just be a battery issue. I found the price of the battery to be a bit pricey so I didn't have them change the battery. I picked up one myself and went and installed it myself. The great part was the help I got from one of the members of the crew as I needed a tool I didn't have and he was kind enough to help me out.
Reggie, was awesome as always. I’ve always liked his service minded approach, with a healthy dose of friendliness.
John in the service center is great to work with! Would come back here again for service.

Waiting since 8/13 to get a replacement part for our Taos. It is now 9/20 and we still have not gotten an update. Need this part for our backup. Camera, radio and in car phone connection

Been coming to West Houston VW for service for about 2 years now, and always dealt with Daniel and the rest of the team. He always helped me and wife out with repairs on our GTI and Tiguan, keeping us updated and doing his best when he could with loaner availability. As long as we have our VW’s, we’ll keep going back when needed to see Daniel for service and maintenance. 👍
So I am giving this exceptional review mainly because of Daniel the service manager. Because ultimately in our situation the radiator had a factory defect and they ultimately replaced it.

I was so frustrated after Take5 did a horrible oil change on my car causing my engine to be covered in oil. I initially went to random mechanic who was charging 2x what Volkswagen ended up charging (normally go elsewhere afraid of the dealership bill right?)Andre assisted me and my car was diagnosed and fixed so promptly I wasn’t even ready to pick it up. My car is fixed and I will be returning for any of my car needs going forward.
